Linear IT Configuration

Step1: Go to the Integrations section in the APIsec platform and select Issue Tracker from the left-side menu.

Step2: Select Linear from the issue tracker dropdown as shown in the image below.

Step3: For adding Linear credentials click New Issue Tracker Credentials button. It will open a window as shown below.

Enter the name, select Issue Tracker type as Linear and add the API key. In order to get the API key click here is a hyperlink, it will navigate to the Linear API key section as shown below.

Step4: After adding the key, select the Issue Tracker credentials added in step 3 and add the team Id.

To get the team Id select the team in linear and hit CMD+k or CTRL+k it will open the dialogue and type Copy model UUID and select developer as shown below.

After that, it will show the team name with the Id as shown in the image below.

Select the team it will copy the UUID and add it to the APIsec platform.

Hit the Test Credentials button, if it says Valid credentials, the configuration is successful and APIsec is ready to log Vulnerabilities in the Linear platform.
